One of the most advantageous dividends of belonging to the Carolinas Land Improvement Contractors Association is its three-fold membership - chapter/state, regional and national. By effectively presenting a strong, united front on these three levels, contractors are assured representation, and the contractor's viewpoints are taken into account in legislation as well as the regulations that affect the everyday operation of their business.

On the National Scene

Land Improvement Contractors of America (LICA) represents contractors who protect our land and water resources through modern, efficient conservation techniques. LICA has a close working relationship with government agencies and partner organizations interested in conservation.

In the Chapters

LICA is an association of state chapters in the U.S. and Canada. Each state conducts its own programs adapted to the needs of contractors in that state and is fully supported by the national organization.
